Now pre-construction condos are not for everyone. I work with a ton of buyers and many prefer resale condos as opposed to pre-construction condos. A lot of it has to do with the fact that you don’t really know what you are going to get when closing. There is no tangible unit to touch, feel and get to know intimately before purchasing. Model suites help but you still can’t walk into the actual unit and decide from first hand experience. That can be a tough pill to swallow for many buyers so they choose resale.
