Yesterday I attended a VIP event for this awesome condo development in Bloordale located just south of Bloor St W at the end of St. Helen’s Avenue. Overlooking MacGregor Park, Enigma Lofts provide direct access to green space which many inner city condos cannot.  I was impressed with the choice of finishings and design of the building.  They’ve already broken ground with 25% of the units sold!  That confidence from the developer almost guarantees a successful project and I would have a hard time disagreeing with them.

Conceptually designed by Quadrangle Architects Ltd. combined with Aragon‘s forward thinking philosophy equates to not only innovation in apprearance, but lifestyle driven and sustainable building methods.  That intrigues me as a realtor and as a potential investor.  I’m always looking for different, innovative ideas when it comes to real estate and condos.  So many are the same old cookie cutter high rise condos that this is a refreshing idea and could attract a certain clientele.

Bloordale is an emerging community and continues to grow each year.  This project drops itself smack dab in the middle of this growing community which will help with it’s gentrification for years to come.  I’m excited for Bloordale residents.
