Pier 27 at Yonge Street and Queens Quay will be one of the best things to happen to the Toronto waterfront in recent years. Instead of ugly industrial landscapes this new addition will give the waterfront a well deserved makeover. Pier 27 is not only luxurious, but it will also give the area a new look which will infuse the once barren waterfront with residents, boaters and the like.
Not only will it have an architecturally eye pleasing exterior, the interior is in a class of it’s own with high end finishings.
The area is transforming with the Corus Building, Sugar Beach and George Brown Waterfront Campus. It will continue to develop and I can’t wait till it is done.
