Nadege Trinity Bellwoods Queen West Sweet Eats
SWEET EATS – MY GUIDE TO THE BEST FOOD IN T.O.
VOLUME 9
FEATURE: Nadege Patisserie
French Pastry Shop
I have lived in the Queen West area by Trinity Bellwoods park for almost three years and I can’t believe it has taken me this long to check out Nadege. A sweet little bakery on the edge of Trinity Bellwoods Park at the corner of Gore Vale Avenue and Queen Street West.
Chef/Owner Nadege Nourian, a fourth generation pastry chef born in Lyon France, has created a bright and clean space where the pastries can be devoured with a great coffee or tea on the edge of one of my favourite parks in the city. You can eat inside when the weather is chilly or outside on their patio facing the park when the sun is shining, better yet, get your snack to go and grab a bench in the park!
The Croissants are out of this world, but Croissant’s aren’t the only specialty; there are rows of colourful macaron’s, modern dessert creations and shelves of gourmandise and chocolate for gifts or takeaway.
Check the video below and let your mouth water.

My only complaint was that after my breakfast sandwich and latte I wanted 2 more, maybe a little small for my appetite.
Why we go: Croissant’s, DUH!
What to know: Go Early, can be busy during the breakfast thru lunch hours on the weekends. Second Location at 1099 Yonge Street (Rosedale).
